Silicone brake fluid with extremely high wet boiling point of 360° F / 180°C. Prevents the formation of vapor (boiling) even at extreme braking loads. Provides optimum braking performance and responsive braking. MOTOREX silicone brake fluid is non hygroscopic, so it does not absorb moisture from the air like some brake fluids can. This is very important as any amount of water in the fluid dramatically lowers the boiling point, which can lead to air in the system. When you have air in the system, your brakes will be very spongy and may not be able to develop enough hydraulic pressure for safe operation of the brakes. Water in the fluid also corrodes critical parts from the inside out! HONDA does not specify a service interval on the fluid, but we recommend changing it annually for the average enthusiast rider and more frequently if you race or ride at an intermediate + level. If you are not familiar with the proper method of bleeding your brakes, be sure to have someone hep you who is or take it to your favorite shop. Proper bleeding is critical to ensure safe optimal performance. It's not hard to do, but it must be done properly!

Important Note!
Fresh DOT 3&4 can be used if that's all you've got available. Do not use Dot 5 as over time Dot 5 will cause seals to swell & fail.
Dot 5.1 is the best performance fluid for your CRF providing maximum performance under high temps and longer service life compared to Dot 3&4.
