IRP Billet Engine Oil Cooler

Product Description
Available for all 250 and 450 models 2002 to 2008!

450 model Shown in Red
Patent pending Billet Engine Oil Cooler design reduces engine oil temp by as much as 40 degrees under high load / high duty cycle conditions. Also increase engine oil capacity by 10% (75cc) improving engine oil performance and engine longevity.

250 Model Shown in Black
Cooler design hugs the side case profile with maximum offset to position it well up and out of harms way.
Some systems route oil lines through the engine coolant radiators which will increase engine operating temps under high load / high duty cycle conditions as engine coolant normally operates at 125F to 145F vs the much higher 180F operating temp of the engine oil.
Manufactured 100% in the USA using premium materials and workmanship. Billet aluminum construction for minimum weight and maximum heat transfer.
Kit includes all mounting hardware, o-rings and instructions so you’ll be ready to ride in under 10 minutes. Easily installed using the same tools used for an oil and filter change.
NO PLUMBING TO DEAL WITH!!
BTW-
I have been testing these for a year now and am happy with the results.
Below is my post on Thumpetalk about my experience with the cooler.
I've been running the IRP oil cooler since last summer on my 2005 CRF 250R with good results. I'm 200+ with my gear on and I have to wring the 250 pretty tight to stay ahead of my fat 450 riding buddies! I ride MX and off road and I was also concerned that it might be vulnerable to impact damage, but it really is tucked in nice and shows no signs of impact after almost a year of crashes and abuse. I haven't done any tests to see how much cooler it runs, but basic logic says it has to be working as it increases the oil capacity by almost 100cc's and adds a significant amount of cooling surface area. It is very well designed in my opinion, went right on and no leaks.
